  2. User agreements from major technology companies based in the United States to assess for compliance

    2. opt out of targeted advertising

    3. file class action lawsuits

    • Enacted legislation where citizens have a say

    • User agreements that citizens understand

  • Helps safeguard sensitive information and prevent fraud
